How will I be refunded for my return?
We issue refunds for returns in the form of store credit that’s issued to you via an upscaled debit card — but not to original methods of payment, such as PayPal or Visa. However, if you return items that were purchased using the Upscaled credit card, we’ll issue a refund, minus applicable shipping & handling fees, to your Upscaled credit card account instead.
Additionally, in order to receive store credit, all returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. Absolutely no exceptions. Be sure to include any warranty cards and accessories, if applicable. Apparel must also be unworn and unwashed. If any accessories and/or materials that came with your purchase are not returned, we will be unable to approve a return merchandise authorization and/or refund.
We greatly care about the upscaled family & we strive to make your online shopping experience incredible from start to finish. With that said, we are human and occasionally we do make mistakes. We are ready to assist in the event that your order is not up to standards with what you expected, or if you receive a product that is damaged, defective or materially different from that of which you ordered. For single-item returns under 5 lbs , the fee is $0.00. For single-item returns over 5 lbs but less than 10lbs, the fee is $5.95. For single-item returns over 10lbs but less than 20lbs, the return fee is $19.95. For items over 20lbs we will charge the return shipping and handling fee or a fee of $29.95 whichever is greater. These shipping & handling fees include labor and material costs, packaging and restocking fees, and may exceed the actual cost paid by Upscaled to its carrier to send the item(s) back to an Upscaled Warehouse. You’ll see your estimated store credit total, minus the shipping & handling fees, before you submit your return online. Returns are available to US members only for products shipped within the US (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses) and returned to Upscaled from within the US. International orders are unfortunately unable to be returned and thus are considered final sales in all circumstances.
No. You can use the box that the item was shipped in or any sturdy box. However, please note that you will be responsible for any/all damages that occur while the product is in return transit to one of our Upscaled Warehouses.

Your refund will be processed within 3-7 days. If you chose store credit, your store credit will be available approximately five to ten business days after your return is received and processed by one of our warehouse personnel.

Most gifts are unable to be returned due to the nature in which they are purchased.
Any store credits on your account are typically applied automatically during checkout, but cannot be used with PayPal express checkout. Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com before placing your order if you are unsure how to use your store credit or if you are experiencing any issues with your store credits not applying.
