The Easy Way to Clean Rust Off Stainless Steel Railings

Stainless steel is a tough material to work with because it’s not just resistant to rust, but it also has a natural sheen that makes it hard to clean.

There are many methods that can be used to clean rust off stainless steel railings. The best way is by using vinegar and baking soda. These ingredients are safe, cheap and effective when combined together in a solution. They will remove the rust and leave your stainless steel looking like new again!

Materials needed: (A bottle of vinegar, Baking soda, Salt, Spray bottle Towel)

Step 1. Place a bowl of cold water and a small amount of vinegar on the counter next to you.

Step 2. Take a small amount of baking soda and mix it with some salt in a separate dish.

Step 3. Soak up excess water from the stainless steel railings by placing the towel over the railing or railing parts on the counter.

Step 4. Fill the spray bottle with water and mist the solution of baking soda and salt onto the wet railing.

Step 5. Allow it to sit for a few minutes before using a sponge or rag to wipe it off.

Step 7. Voila! The rust is gone, your stainless steel railing has been cleaned.
