How to Fix a Damaged Headphone Cord

 Fixing a damaged headphone cord is not as hard as you might think. You can use a headphone repair kit to fix your broken cord in a matter of minutes. The first step is to cut off the damaged end of the cord and discard it. Next, take the other end of the cord and thread it through one of the holes on one side of the wire clamps from your headphone repair kit. Then, thread it back through on the other side. Finally, use pliers to crimp both sides together tightly so that they form a loop around the cable.
